1. Gauche Aquatic Park

This is the place to be on a hot day. The outdoor pool is perfect for swimming laps, and the wading pool, which inches its way until three feet deep, is great for the little ones to get their feet wet. There’s also a 25-foot water slide, which is fun for kids and adults alike. Refuel your body and break out the coolers at the picnic tables, or bring your hot dogs and burgers for use at the barbecue facility.

2. Off the Leash Dog Park

Both you and your furry playmate can get some exercise at this facility. The five acres allow for walking, running, and even removing the leashes, as the name implies. Pet owners can utilize the walking path while keeping an eye on their dogs. Just please be sure to pick up after your pet when he does his business. There is also access to drinking water for your dog if you forgot to bring some.

3. Northridge

Northridge is a good place for a jaunt on the paved path. You’ll appreciate the serenity and beauty that the region offers. If you have infants or young toddlers, the path is perfect for pushing a stroller. And the older kids will enjoy the lovely playground with slides, swings, and climbing structures. Bring your mitts and balls and play catch with your kids too.
